What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?


Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where movement is linked with breath in a flowing sequence of poses. It helps build strength, flexibility, and focus while encouraging a meditative state through continuous movement. No two classes are ever the same, making it a creative and energising practice suitable for all levels.

Expect plenty of down dogs, chaturangas, inversions, arm balances and funky upbeat music. 

Book a term to guarantee your space in the same class each week or if you need a more flexible option buy a class pass or book drop in.

How are "Slow Flow" and "Ashtanga Style Vinyasa Flow" different from "Vinyasa Flow"???

Monday – Slow Flow (10am with Christine)
A slower, more gentle Vinyasa-style class that’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking to ease into their week. It includes all the elements of a traditional Vinyasa Flow – breath, movement, and mindfulness – but at a more accessible, steady pace.

Tuesday – Vinyasa Flow (8:15pm with Christine)
A stronger, faster-paced flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Expect to work up a sweat and feel energised as you move through creative, dynamic sequences. Ideal for those with some yoga experience or anyone ready to challenge themselves. This is one of our most popular classes so book early to avoid disappointment.

Wednesday – Ashtanga-Style Vinyasa Flow (with Aisling)
A modern twist on the traditional Half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This set sequence is repeated weekly, helping you quickly build strength, skill, and confidence. The repetition allows you to move beyond thinking and into a meditative rhythm, deepening both focus and practice.

Thursday – Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow (7pm with Christine)
A well-rounded Vinyasa Flow suitable for all levels. It’s a bit gentler than our Tuesday class but still offers a great opportunity to build strength, flexibility, and flow with breath. Whether you’re newer to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this class meets you where you are.

Saturday – Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow (10am with Christine/Sinéad)
A brilliant way to kick off your weekend! This energising class is open to all levels and combines breath-led movement, mindful transitions, and a feel-good flow to set the tone for your Saturday. Expect to leave feeling refreshed and uplifted.

My yoga practice with Christine is my time out in the week. A time where I can leave behind my day and give time to my mind and body. I always come out feeling more at ease and my sleep is always good after my practice. What I like about Christine's class is that there is never any pressure and Christine encourages a self acceptance so you are not even competing with your own body. The poses are very accessible and options are offered. The studio is a warm and welcoming space, and the classes are very enjoyable.
