Experience the serenity of pregnancy with our specially designed pregnancy yoga classes at YoGrá Yoga Studio. Led by our experienced teachers, these classes offer a nurturing and supportive environment for expectant mothers to enhance their well-being during this transformative time.

How to book

-Book 1 individual class (Good for if baby is coming soon!) Book Here

- Book a term- come to the same class each week for a term (Most economical option) 

- Contact Christine for a set number of weeks (If baby is coming in the middle of a term)

5:45 PM: Dive into a peaceful session to ease the day's stresses. BOOK HERE

Class Booking Options:
-Course Booking:  For the best value and to ensure your spot, you can reserve a course of classes. This option is ideal if you plan to attend regularly throughout your pregnancy.

Drop-In: If your due date is approaching, or you have a more unpredictable schedule, we offer drop-in options for added flexibility. Pay for each class individually when you can attend. Drop in spaces are very limited and are offered to current clients nearing the end of their pregnancy first. Book Here
