Teacher Training Booking Policy & Student Agreement This Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited training is designed for qualified yoga teachers who want to develop their confidence and skills. By booking, you confirm that you are a qualified yoga teacher and agree to participate fully in all training dates. 2. Booking & Payment Your place is secured once your booking has been confirmed and your deposit has been received. **The booking deposit is non-refundable**, subject to your statutory consumer rights. The remaining balance must be paid in full by , at least 3 weeks before the commencement date. 3. Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations must be sent in writing to Christine. The date your written cancellation is received determines your refund eligibility. Cancellations received on or before one month before the start date: You will receive a refund of 50% of the payments you have made towards the course, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received within one month: No payments will be refunded. Once the training begins: No refunds will be issued for withdrawal, missed sessions or failure to complete the course. The deposit is excluded from all student cancellation refunds. These terms are subject to any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply. 4. Attendance & Completion This is a practical professional development course. Full attendance and active participation across both weekends are required to complete the training. Please arrive on time and be ready to take part in teaching practice, group activities and any assigned coursework. If illness or an emergency affects your attendance, contact Christine as soon as possible. Any arrangements to complete missed training must be agreed with Christine. 8. Communication & Acceptance Christine is your first point of contact for booking, payment and training queries. Please check your course correspondence for timings, preparation and practical information. By booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions.
