Service Description

Join Christine every Monday morning (Except bank holidays) and get your week off to a great start. Stretch and strengthen in a gentle paced vinyasa style class that will leave your mind clear and your body ready for the days ahead. This class includes movement such as chaturanga which is a push up/ lower down type movement and may not be suitable for those with wrist injuries. Inversions may be offered as an option at this practice such as headstand and handstand. Complete beginners are more than welcome to join. This is an 8 week course, you attend the same class each week. If you need a more flexible option go to the booking page and choose "drop in classes" from the drop down menu, you can then book individual classes or buy a flexible 10 class pass.

Cancellation Policy

Once you book yourself into a yoga class at YoGrá Yoga Studio you are committing to attend all classes in the course. Christine has reserved a spaces especially for you each week at that particular practice. However If you feel unwell please do not come to class. If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up the following week by taking 2 classes if space is available. You will need to do this on the Wix App. Only one class per term can be missed. If you need to cancel please give at least 24hrs notice. Strictly NO REFUNDS after the course has begun, please do not ask as refusal may offend. YoGrá Yoga Studio is a small female owned business.
