Term Sept/Oct: Yin Yoga

Balance your busy life with this slow grounding practice

Service Description

Our Yin classes are an invitation to slow right down - a good match for the season as we move into Autumn. We gently explore a small number of floor-based postures and hold them for several minutes at a time, giving connective tissue, joints and the nervous system a chance to release in a way that faster-paced practices don't reach. There's no chasing intensity here — just finding an sensation, settling into stillness, and staying with the breath while the body does its own quiet work. Each class is fully supported with props, so however your body shows up on the day, there's a version of the practice that meets you there. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and a little more at home in yourself.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

When booking a term of classes, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions within that term. If you are unwell or unable to attend, please notify the studio in advance so we can offer your spot to another member. Students are allowed to make up one class per term. For greater flexibility, consider purchasing a 10-class pass or a membership. Please note that refunds are not available once the term has started. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the studio to avoid disruptions and out of respect for punctual students. The building will be locked during class sessions. Please do not request late admission, as refusal may cause offense. Classes start and end on time to respect both participants and instructors. Absolute silence is required when entering and leaving the studio via the main door, stairwell, and landing, as the building is shared, and other tenants need a quiet environment to work. Please follow our parking guidelines, which can be found on the "About" page of our website. YoGrá Yoga Studio is not responsible for clamped cars, parking tickets, or blocked cars in the Maynooth Business Campus. During your practice, listen to your body. Yoga teachers are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat ailments. By being mindful of your body's signals, you ensure a safe and enjoyable practice.
