Service Description
A simple, supportive and wonderfully adaptive practice for all people regardless of age, size, ability or experience. Enjoy relaxing breathing practices, meditation techniques and practical yoga poses that you can use in your day to day life. Expect to feel more mobile, stronger, balanced, stretched and fully relaxed after. -Breathing techniques to soothe and calm the body and mind -Yoga poses that can be adapted to all bodies -How to use yoga props to enhance your practice -Relaxation techniques that you can take off the mat and into your life -Suitable for all ages and abilities -Body positive -Move at your own pace, non competitive Taught by Christine Dunworth, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and studio owner.

Cancellation Policy
Once you book yourself into a yoga class at YoGrá Yoga Studio you are committing to attend all classes in the course. Christine has reserved a spaces especially for you each week at that particular practice. However If you feel unwell please do not come to class. If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up the following week by taking 2 classes if space is available. You will need to do this on the Wix App. Only one class per term can be missed. If you need to cancel please give at least 24hrs notice. Strictly NO REFUNDS after the course has begun, please do not ask as refusal may offend. YoGrá Yoga Studio is a small female owned business.
