Yin Yoga - Wednesday, 7pm

Balance your busy life with this slow grounding practice

18 euros

Class Description

Our Yin classes are an invitation to slow right down - a good match for the season as we move into Autumn and the energy naturally turns inward. We move gently into a small number of floor-based postures and hold them for several minutes at a time, giving connective tissue, joints and the nervous system a chance to release in a way that faster-paced practices don't reach. There's no chasing intensity here - just finding an honest edge, settling into stillness, and staying with the breath while the body does its own quiet work. Each class is fully supported with props, so however your body shows up on the day, there's a version of the practice that meets you there. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and a little more at home in yourself.
