Yogalates

Yoaglates is as the name suggests a blend of Yoga and Pilates. 

This class will take you through a mindful journey combining the two disciplines, creating strength and flexibility in the physical body as well as improving the mind - body connection. There is an emphasis on core stability and strength as well as flexibility. Each session ends with a relaxation to allow you to fully absorb the benefits.
