Chair Based Yoga Practice

Service Description

Join Christine every Thursday for a chair based practice at The Community Space beside Tesco Maynooth. This class is for everyone regardless of age or ability. Chair based yoga is the practice of yoga siting in a chair, standing by the chair or using the chair for support during class. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities, especially anyone who has mobility issues, finds it difficult to get up and down from the floor, has injuries in their bodies, is recovering from illness or going through treatment for illness. Everyone is welcome to join. Christine is a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher who has done extensive training in accessible and inclusive yoga including most recently a course in Advanced Teaching Skills and Yoga Therapy with Yoga Therapy Ireland. This class is Pay As You Please, just pop your donation in the closed box on your way in, no questions asked. Suggested donation if you can afford it is €10+ Cant pay? Cancellation Policy

Once you book yourself into a yoga class at YoGrá Yoga Studio you are committing to attend all classes in the course. Christine has reserved a spaces especially for you each week at that particular practice. However If you feel unwell please do not come to class. If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up the following week by taking 2 classes if space is available. You will need to do this on the Wix App. Only one class per term can be missed. If you need to cancel please give at least 24hrs notice. Strictly NO REFUNDS after the course has begun, please do not ask as refusal may offend. YoGrá Yoga Studio is a small female owned business.
