Gentle Yoga

Slow mindful Hatha yoga class suitable for complete beginners as well as seasoned practitioners who prefer a slow paced gentle class.


Vinyasa Flow

Tuesdays at 8.15pm

Fun flowing yoga class linking movement with the breath. Prepare to build heat as well as strength, stretch, then relax!
