Signature Restorative Yoga Class at YoGrá Yoga Studio Join Christine for a serene and deeply rejuvenating Restorative Yoga class, held once a month in the tranquil setting of YoGrá. With over 8 years of experience offering this nurturing practice, Christine will guide you through a journey of profound rest and relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that invites the body and mind to slow down, release tension, and reset. Postures are supported with props and held for extended periods, allowing your nervous system to shift out of "fight or flight" mode and into a state of deep relaxation. Benefits of Restorative Yoga include: - Calming the nervous system and reducing stress. - Enhancing sleep quality and overall well-being. - Gently stretching and releasing stored tension in the body. - Encouraging mindfulness and inner stillness. Our cosy studio is gently heated by state-of-the-art infrared heaters, creating the perfect warm and soothing environment for this practice. After the session, enjoy complimentary refreshments as you ease back into the world with a calm and centred mind. What to bring: - Wear comfortable clothing. - Bring your favourite pillow and blanket to enhance your comfort and make this experience truly your own. Give yourself the well-deserved gift of slowing down this New Year. Restorative Yoga is the perfect way to honour your body, calm your mind, and set the tone for a healthier, more mindful year ahead. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Cancellation Policy
When booking a term of classes, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions within that term. If you are unwell or unable to attend, please notify the studio in advance so we can offer your spot to another member. Students are allowed to make up one class per term. For greater flexibility, consider purchasing a 10-class pass or a membership. Please note that refunds are not available once the term has started. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the studio to avoid disruptions and out of respect for punctual students. The building will be locked during class sessions. Please do not request late admission, as refusal may cause offense. Classes start and end on time to respect both participants and instructors. Absolute silence is required when entering and leaving the studio via the main door, stairwell, and landing, as the building is shared, and other tenants need a quiet environment to work. Please follow our parking guidelines, which can be found on the "About" page of our website.
