Service Description

To book the full term go to the booking page and choose January terms. Use this service for drop ins and passes. Start your Friday with a heated yoga session that combines dynamic movement, mindful breathwork, and the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. Practicing yoga in a heated environment helps increase circulation, improve flexibility, and detoxify the body through sweat. Infrared heat penetrates deeply into the skin, promoting muscle relaxation and joint health while encouraging a calm and focused state of mind. Unlike conventional heating, infrared heat warms the body directly, creating a soothing warmth that aids in relieving tension, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall wellness. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, release stress, or boost your energy for the day, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and empowered. Join us to experience the transformative benefits of heated yoga in a welcoming and supportive space! The studio is heated to between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius, some areas of the studio can feel warmer than others so if you prefer hotter, choose the space directly under the heaters.

Cancellation Policy

When booking a term of classes, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions within that term. If you are unwell or unable to attend, please notify the studio in advance so we can offer your spot to another member. Students are allowed to make up one class per term. For greater flexibility, consider purchasing a 10-class pass or a membership. Please note that refunds are not available once the term has started. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the studio to avoid disruptions and out of respect for punctual students. The building will be locked during class sessions. Please do not request late admission, as refusal may cause offense. Classes start and end on time to respect both participants and instructors. Absolute silence is required when entering and leaving the studio via the main door, stairwell, and landing, as the building is shared, and other tenants need a quiet environment to work.
